Positive: Der Pool und die Lage waren super. Negative: Frühstück für die Kinder, es gab keine Alternative zum Kaffee.

Super consigliato per visitare Miami Positive: Hotel veramente molto bello. La camera era molto accogliente. La vista dal 22 piano spettacolare. Cucina e tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi. Top lavatrice e asciugatrice pronte all’uso. Parcheggio a pagamento, super comodo. Negative: Il bar per la prima colazione molto comoda in quanto di fronte all’ingresso dell’hotel offre tutti i giorni lo stesso menu. Sebbene i croissant siano buonissimi (consiglio quello alla Nutella), effettivamente dopo 4 mattine vorresti poter scegliere altro.

Retour Miami Positive: Emplacement ideal Negative: Nouveaux buildings en construction tout autour et des ouvriers qui travaillent 24/24 donc les nuits sont ultra bruyantes. Équipements de la cuisine limites. Pas placards pour ranger les affaires. Literie du canapé moyenne

Poor customer service Negative: We stayed 4 nights. -Staff was not welcoming whem checking in. - Right outside the hotel there is a big construction. Noone mentioned it when booking the property. -Day of checkout. We came down at 930AM instead of 11AM. We askes to hold our suitcases untill 11. They charged us for that. Never heard of such a thing. -I send them few messages through booking with no response.
