Residence One Bedroom Plus

Over all a nice place! Positive: I really liked the location , overall view, cleanliness, almost everything but I was disappointed for the fact that the bedroom didn’t have TV! I probably would not have complained about this, but knowing that we were there with another family who in their apartment/property had two TVs one in the living room and one in the bathroom that make me even more disappointed, knowing that we pay the same price, but we didn’t have the same things ! Très bon séjour Positive: Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bon emplacement, proche des transports, pratique depuis l'aéroport et sites touristiques, le personnel est tres agréable. La chambre est immense, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, litterie confortable. Belle piscine. Negative: En revanche, le gros point négatif a été le petit déjeuner, il est bon, et suffisant pour les petits mangeurs, mais ce qui nous a embêté, c'est qu'il est impossible de changer le café, compris dans le voucher, par du thé ou du chocolat chaud. Il faut payer un supplément, ce qui est vraiment abusé, surtout lorsqu'on a des enfants. Il faudra vraiment changer ce système. Tout le monde ne prend pas de café !

Comodo , habitaciones grandes y bien hubicado. Mejorar el trato del personal hacia el cliente Positive: Habitaciones grandes y comodas , a pocas cuadras del centro de brickel. Negative: Poco flexible las reglas del hotel y parte del personal le falta un poco mejor trato hacia el cliente. Tuvimos que pedir 3 veces para que nos hagan la habitacion , y dicho personal decia que solo las hacian hasta las 16hs , y le comente que desde las 11 a las 16 la habitacion estaba libre , despues de discutir mando al equipo de limpieza , QUE SI ESTABA en el hotel. Eso NO se debe hacer . Deben mejorar

Espetacular Positive: Localização e o conforto e o atendimento

Volveremos Positive: El edificio es moderno, limpio, bonito. Su ubicación es excelente. La piscina es muy linda, tiene una vista increible. El personal 10/10. Negative: Las habitaciones pueden mejorar un poco para no sentirse que todavía están iniciando. Falta un TV en la habitación, jaboneras paa la ducha.
